BerendBlokje: Utrecht Postcard

I’ve been sharing some of my MOCs (My Own Creations) for a while now, originally making them as personal gifts. When LEGO released their postcard series, I thought Utrecht deserved its own version too. Choosing which beautiful and distinctive architecture to include was not easy (I tried really hard to fit in the teapot).
I’ve also been wanting to sell something online for a while, inspired by tinyprojects.dev. This seemed like the perfect opportunity. I a webshop (called BerendBlokje) offering the digital instructions, sticker sheet, BrickLink parts list and tutorial on how to order the parts yourself (est. price €26). The response has been amazing: I even got featured by a newspaper on the first day I launched my webshop!
Looking ahead, I’m considering to offer physical sets if there is enough demand. That is however a significant investment (both cost and timewise). I am also planning to release more MOCs!
Update: Initiatially I launched an Etsy webshop, which got suspended on the first day without any reason. After a few days it magically went back up. After some online reading, I found that this is a common thing to do for Etsy while verifying new shops. Oh well. For the time being I will keep the Etsy account, but I will mainly focus on my own webshop. I also sell sticker sheets now!
